Banke Balogun is a healthcare solutions consultant, speaker, mentor, model, philanthropist, and community leader whose work bridges healthcare, technology, culture, and impact.

She spent more than a decade in healthcare management, leading multisite physician practices and hospital operations for major health systems, including Dignity Health, before transitioning into healthcare technology. Today, she partners with healthcare organizations to modernize operations, improve digital workflows, and advance more efficient, patient-centered care.

Beyond her professional career, Banke is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and creating opportunities for others. She is the former co-founder of Naija Gal Network, the first international organization dedicated to connecting Nigerian women through professional networking, mentorship, and cultural celebration.

Banke serves on the boards of the LA Opera League and Jazz Empowers and is an active member of the Junior League of Los Angeles and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. Whether speaking, mentoring, or serving her community, she is committed to building spaces where innovation, culture, and purpose create lasting impact.
